Classes are limited to 10 participants
Strength and Conditioning- Our group strength and conditioning programs are designed to increase strength, power and performance. As opposed to one-on-one strength training, our group classes focus more on the conditioning aspect, which is the backbone of strength and power.
Metabolic Conditioning- We use a vast array of techniques such as weightlifting, calisthenics, plyometrics, and core intensive training coupled with diverse high intensity programming that will increase output and cardiovascular capacity.
Total Body Training – Through implementing modalities that require stability, balance, coordination, agility and speed we develop mind and body awareness that help achieve a more well rounded fitness experience fitness.
Mobility training – FirstForm’s bread and butter, where we specialize in providing unique classes using various tools and techniques that help play a role in developing the foundation of movement by improving muscle dynamics, joint function and muscle activation.
Self Defense/Kickboxing – Group training classes in kickboxing focus on increasing cardiovascular function, power and technique. A function of group training is to instill community and accountability and with self-defense and kickboxing those themes are enhanced through building awareness, client to client interaction and skill building.
