Strength and Conditioning- Semi-Private strength and conditioning programs are all about teaching proper technique for enhancing athletic performance. With more of a focus on the details, our Semi-Private Strength and Condition Program allows for a more personalized environment than our Group Training Program.
Metabolic Conditioning- Metabolic conditioning is definitely about the details. Cardiovascular output, training the respiratory system and tips and trick on how to increase Metabolism, a critical part of weight loss and change in body composition.
Total Body Training – Total body training is just that. Our Semi-private classes are geared toward teaching people about the differences in muscle types, morphologies and movement patterns for the specific purpose of being able to activate the entire body’s functional systems.
Mobility training – Mobility is our specialty, and in our semi private classes, we focus on the Daily Workout (the Semi-Private programming should serve as a connection between our Physical Location and our Website via the Daily Workout/Blog page. This will encourage our Online Only Members attempting to use our Daily Workout to communicate with our members and visit our Physical Location), instructing our clients on progressions and sequences, breaking down the body in parts to reach improved mobility.
Self Defense/Kickboxing – Semi-private self defense and kickboxing classes focus on skill building, specifically for the purpose of taking our First Form culture and implementing those modalities into safe and effective movement patterns.
